easy line hearing aid app for kirkland hearing aids by phonak having problems with iPhone mini 13.

The iPhone keeps dropping the hearing aids on the easy line app used for remote control .

Sometimes it will pair and work for a week and then drops contact and is really hard to get the hearing aids to pair with the app. Currently only one hearing aid will pair within the easy line app.

Works with no problems on my iPad iOS 15+ the iPhone is on 16+.

The hearings are paired to the blue tooth on the iPhone.

It seems the problem started after the last 2 iPhone updates.

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16

Probably you are using third-party apps and/or a third-party device.
