Burning, tingling sensation in fingertips

When I use my iPhone 11 Pro, I get a burning tingling sensation in my fingertips. They also get slightly numb. I have read of others having a similar issue. Has anyone received any answers as to why that happens?

"This is what happened to my tips of fingers. Mine started 2-3 months after I bought it. It’s not like you can return it because you owe too much on it. My fingers feel numb and burn constantly and hard to text now. I really don’t know what kind of phone to get now."

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:

It’s been less than a year, according to your post. You have a one year limited warranty from the Manufacturer: Apple. So, start by contacting Apple***, and request that a Genius Bar Appointment be Reserved. You would take this to your Local Apple Store, during which the battery and all other necessities would be looked at. Rather than troubleshoot this, have Apple look into it. In the mean time, just let the device sit in a safe non-active location, leaving it out of direct sunlight, and out of the corner of the room, and out of inclosed spaces.

Troubleshooting an Overheating iPhone:

It appears you have an overheating iPhone. So, what to do...

Try the following:

I. Cool Down the iPhone:

For a few hours, perform the following...

  • Power Off: the iPhone for a bit
  • Unplug: any Cables
  • Place it Atop: Laptop Cooler
  • Keep it in: an open space
  • Keep it Out of: direct sunlight

2. Clear Space Using my User Tips:

See if you need to clear lots of space. System resources may be using up too much services, making it overheat. Internal storage cannot be upgraded. It is what it is. So, the maximum internal storage capacity never increases, even if you upgraded your iCloud plan. Learn More here: What's the Difference Between Device Storage and iCloud Storage? Apple Support
