Troubleshooting a Stollen iPHone:
I. Disabling Phone Number and Location:
Lock this with Find My. Note that Find My can only be turned off, if the device is in front of you. Contact your Carrier, if you need to disable the number from that cell phone.
II. Secure your Info:
Having been stolen, you should (A.)verify your devices, and (B.)secure your account, and (C.)report items to Apple and others, Start with opening a new eMail address to use as your Apple ID.
1. Verify your Devices:
Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

2. Modify your Credentials:
Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.
3. Report Items to Apple and Others:
