Wrong "from" e-mail address in replies, only sometimes

You should have some options in Mail> Settings

if you move your mouse to the right side, should reveal a drop down to choose from

Alicia, I have been having the exact same problem and have my default set to the correct email as well. It's so annoying that this happens. It doesn't look like anyone provided good insight into the problem so I guess I will submit a but report.
