A1344 Magsafe L Connector Green LED Flashing

I just replaced the MagSafe Cord on the A1344 60 watt powersupply. Rubber cord was deteriorating and fraying.

When I plug it into power and connect to my MacBookPro 13", the GREEN LED in the L connector now flashes.

The CHARGING indicator on the top of the MacBookPro screen flashes its lighting bolt in time with the flashing Green LED.

Obviously something is wrong with my repair. But what does a flashing Green LED indicate.

Any suggestion for the fix??.
