Can’t accept new terms and conditions on my iphone 14

since I have bought this iPhone 14 I can’t accept the new terms and conditions. I have Internet and I guess I don’t have any problems ab that but I don’t get the issue. Whenever I try to accept the new terms and conditions my screen turns into this and this issue can’t be fixed until i close off the settings. please elaborate. merci.

Based on your screenshot, your Apple ID is different then the Apple ID use for Subscriptions and Media & Purchased.

Do you use multiple Apple ID?

That may be the cause of the problem. 


Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

hey, thank you! i changed my another apple ID to the same one i sent you but this time when i try to look into my account there is a white page telling me “cant find variable: ams”. i went to app store and tried to change my country thinking maybe i set the wrong one but it was the same one i live in (azerbaijan). i still cant accept terms and conditions. can you help? merci.
