Can’t Accept Terms and Conditions even though I Updated My Phone

i have updated my phone and it won’t allow me to accept terms and conditions. I click agree and it just keeps popping up. I’m on the most updated version so idk why it’s not working. I have powered on and off my phone too l.

Try something different. Open the Music app and sign into your account details from there. If there are new Terms & Conditions they may pop up there and allow you to agree to them.
