Esim isn’t supported by my carrier

Hello

I bought an iPhone 14 pro max, esim is not supported by my Carrier. Can I switch it back?

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund.


If you need a phone that can use a SIM, you will have to purchase it outside the US.


•iPhones sold in the US. do not have SIM card slots.


•iPhones sold in China, Hong Kong, & Macau have two SIM card slots, no eSIMs.


•iPhones sold in the rest of the world have one SIM card slot and one eSIM.
