MACBOOK AIR 13-INCH 2011 MODEL IOS ISSUE

MacBook Air 13-inch, Mid 2011. Is failing to download applications on apple store and music on apple music but instead its requesting for an IOS upgrade which isn't available in the actual sense. I urgently need help ASAP because the laptop feels useless.

1.7GHz Intel Core i5 processor.

4GB DDR3 ram.

56GB Solid State storage

The best would be to retire a 12 year old computer with a tiny storage drive.


You cannot expect to run such an outdated machine on an old and no longer supported OS. Technology changes and the newer versions of the Music and store apps do not support the old OS and/or you do not have enough empty space on your drive to allow you to download anything.


You should look into getting one with at least 8 - 16 GB RAM and a minimum 500 GB storage drive.
