hello My MasterCard bank card was charged under unknown circumstances without my asking. The money went to Apple's account.

You should NEVER publish your credit card number on a public forum. You must assume that someone may steal the number and use it. Call your bank and report it compromised and get a new card.
Check with the bank to see the cirumstances of the charge. It is not Apple's fault, so ask your bank and file a claim that you did not purchase anything.
