AirPod lights doesn't turn on

when i open the lid the light doesn’t turn on like i’ve tried charging it for hours and it still doesn’t turn on. is my airpods broken or?

Reset, if you can: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support


Check for debris lodged within the Lightning socket, and gently remove any found.


Try a different Lightning cable and different charger.


Look for crud built up on the rim of the case or lid preventing the lid from fully closing, and gently remove any found.


Try again.


Then contact Apple Support.
