How can I get my iPhone to charge? The cable isn't working and the charge just keeps going down and is not at 12%. There is not longer a lightning strike indicating it is charging. What is happening? What can I do?
Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device. Restart your iPhone or iPod touch. Try a different USB cable or charger. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS.
