iPhone gone crazy

My iPhone 12 Pro Max copies everything people say around me and I can’t turn this feature off. I was writing a Text Message and my wife was asking me a question and I answered her and I looked down at my phone and our conversation appeared. The Microphone emblem was not highlighted or turned on. I went into the Notes App and I opened it and I clicked on a prior message and tried to edit it and the same thing happened, our conversation starting appearing before I could type one character. It did the same thing in Calender and I STOPPED!

suggestions please

Turn VoiceOver on or off

  1. Activate Siri and say “Turn on VoiceOver” or “Turn off VoiceOver.”
  2. If you've set up Accessibility Shortcut, triple-click the side button or Home button (depending on your iPhone model).
  3. Use Control Center.
  4. Go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver, then turn the setting on or off.
