Charged for app which does not appear in subscriptions
Hi all
I signed up for an app trial, the second one. The app did not recognise that a trial already existed and gave a new end date for the trial.
However before the end of the second trial date, the app charged us for an annual subscription.
I want to get a refund and have enough evidence to show that either I should not have been able to sign up for another trial, or that the terms were misleading. the trouble is the app does not appear in my subscriptions to be able to commence the refund process.
How should I proceed with this?
