error code -43

Hi,

I can't delete, or rename, some files.

Error message:

Empty the trash will not delete the files.

The files are not locked. The "locked" is disabled.

The Sharing & Permissions section has "You have unknown access".

If I use Disk Utility and run "First Aid" — Operation Successfully.

If I use Terminal with sudo rm "file"

I receive the message: No such file or directory,

but the files are there. Finder sees it, and in the Terminal the command "ls" shows them.

If I use Terminal with sudo chown -Rf user directory

I receive the message: No such file or directory

but the files are there. Finder sees them, and in the Terminal the command "ls" shows them.
