After upgrading my iPhone 11 to iOS 16.5 I'm seeing a lot of keyboard issues where I cannot, for example, type letter “o”, “k” and “m”. It takes a lot of effort to specifically touch them. Every time I try to touch them I end up touching the adjacent letters. Also typing by swiping doesn't work anymore if it involves one of these letters.

If your screen is too sensitive or responds intermittently to touch
1. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
2. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.
3. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
4. Remove any cases or screen protectors.

The issue isn't with the screen, but with the touch. I've tried all the steps mentioned in your response. This issue started immediately after upgrading to 16.5.
I am facing exactly the same issues with my iPhone11 after updating to iOS 17.4
