iPhone 11, iOS 16.5 - keyboard issues.

After upgrading my iPhone 11 to iOS 16.5 I'm seeing a lot of keyboard issues where I cannot, for example, type letter “o”, “k” and “m”. It takes a lot of effort to specifically touch them. Every time I try to touch them I end up touching the adjacent letters. Also typing by swiping doesn't work anymore if it involves one of these letters.

Hello sundar247,

With your iPhone display not working as expected the best steps you can take can be found here: If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If your screen is too sensitive or responds intermittently to touch
1. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
2. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.
3. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
4. Remove any cases or screen protectors.

Should the behavior persist it will be necessary to reach out for additional support in your region. You can find helpful guidance in the link above and here: iPhone Repair & Service - Apple Support

Take care.
