Collapse subfolders in iOS 15?
How do I collapse subfolders in mail so I only see the parent folder which I can then expand if needed?

Tap on the small downward chevron ˇ next to the mailbox name to close the mailbox.
It should then turn to a right > facing chevron. Tap it again to expand the mailbox.
