i have a 2014 macbook pro but now i do not seem to be able to access apple school manager and cannot update

I cannot access apple school manager or meraki on my macbook pro - we have had it since 2014. Do I need to purchase a new one?

using browser to access campus programs Over the last couple of months, the ability to access various services/applications on either of the two campuses I teach on from my Mac has become increasingly difficult. In some situations accessing it via Firefox, rather than safari is sufficient. In others nothing works from my Mac. Just this morning, we tried to sign into an application, called "assist" based on the UTRGV website in order for my daughter to check her registration status. We tried from three different Macintosh laptops, using Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. I even tried opening parallels and accessing it via edge from parallels and windows. None of those worked. They all timed out or never loaded at all. My wife has a laptop from her job and she was able to sign in to the requisite program practically instantaneously. Is anybody else having trouble with applications or services on their campuses. On both of the campuses that I am on the logins are being handled by Microsoft.

My MacBook Air M2 from May 20 is unable to install app Store updates and doesn't see macOS Sonoma 14.5 update. Computer: MacBook Air M2 2022, macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 Poblems: Upgrades of App Store Apps are correctlyn shown but teh computer is unable to install them even after days of turning; Software Update doesn't show sonoma 14.5 update and, after inserting the command softwareupdate -l through Terminal, answer is that 14.4.1 is the last update

Unable to access university website due to software update requirement on MacBook and iMac Both my MacBook and iMac say they are fully updated but I am unable to open my uni website because it says I need a software update, does anyone know why this is happening and/or how I can fix this ? Can you access those services on other devices? Can you access other sites? Can you access those sites on a different network?
