Outlook for Mac Base64 Encoded Subject

Hi,

I've been facing a problem with Outlook for Mac where the subject of an email changes to Base64 Encoded Text.

This issue occurs when I send an email from my generic/shared mailbox while CC-ing in the same generic/shared mailbox, and then once the email comes back into my generic mailbox’s inbox I then move the email into my personal mailbox causing the subject to display in Base64 Encoded Text.

MacOS version: Ventura 13.4

Outlook for Mac version: 16.74

If you have any advice on how to fix this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.
