Instagram emojis - groups have changed suddenly

When using Instagram Direct Messages on my MacBook Air (any web browser), the Smileys and People emojis have suddenly moved way down the group types which now starts with Recently Used then Activities. It happens only in Instagram, all other apps and web windows seem fine.

Done the obvious things like closing the tab, restarting browser, clearing cache etc.

Anyone else experienced this, or better, found a solution?
