Notifications, No. It is only on one device.

Regarding Call Ring tone...

By default, when a call is received on your iPhone, it will also ring on your connected Apple Watch if it is in proximity and paired with your iPhone. This feature is known as "Call Relay" or "Call Forwarding" and allows you to answer calls on your Apple Watch even if your iPhone is not easily accessible.

When you receive a call, you will feel a vibration on your Apple Watch, and the incoming call will display on the watch screen. You can answer the call directly from your Apple Watch or choose to answer it on your iPhone.

It's worth noting that you can customize call settings to your preference. For example, you can disable call forwarding to your Apple Watch from the iPhone settings or adjust specific call notification settings within the Apple Watch app on your iPhone. These settings allow you to control whether calls ring on both devices or only on one.

Keep in mind that the specific behavior of call notifications and their synchronization between the iPhone and Apple Watch may vary depending on your device settings, iOS or watchOS versions, and any customized configurations you have in place.
