I often send photos in my emails. When I check the sent email the photo appears as a jpeg and won’t open. This has only happened over the past few weeks. Anyone any ideas. Please keep your answer simple as I’m no expert. Thank you.

What format is the photo in at the time you send it? Also, which email provider are you using when this occurs? The answers to these questions will help us to better assist you. Also, is the operating system up to date? If not, we'd suggest backing up and updating your device. Updates contain fixes that can address unexpected behaviors.
