Why does my iPhone show guest user rather than my card?

I noticed recently on my iPhone that in the contacts app, rather than seeing my contact card at the top of the list, I see “Guest User”. I don’t see a way to change this back to my own card, any ideas? I’m on iOS 16.5. Thanks.

Go to Settings>Siri & Search>My Information and select the correct entry in Contacts.

Or, Settings>Contacts>My Info.
