Installed fonts not showing up in Microsoft Office apps, but work fine in Adobe apps.

I've installed 2 fonts - 1 from a type foundry, the other is a cloud font from Adobe. Both work fine in the Adobe apps, but they do not appear in any of the Microsoft office apps. I need them in Microsoft for a client project.

I've tried clearing the font cache on my Mac to no avail. My IT guys are stumped. Any idea on how to fix this?

Downloaded fonts show as installed but aren't available for use I downloaded two fonts I need for work. Both went through the automatic verification in font book, both are showing as installed when in fontbook, however, I cannot use them in any application on my macbook air: word, google, excel, outlook etc. I am running Catalina 10.15.7 I've followed every instruction I can find to fix it but nothing works. Installed Font not appearing in Pages or Numbers I have correctly installed a font (Hitmo2.0) into my Font Book, but it will not appear in the list of fonts in Pages or Numbers. I can paste formatted text into a Pages or Numbers file (from another file where it does show), and once it appears there it is visible and selectable in the font list as normal. But when I open a new blank document, or one without any pre-existing Hitmo text, once again is does not appear. I am on an iMac running macOS 14.6.1. Any advice???
