Pain from AirPod 3rdG

I was going to attach a photo but seem to not be able too. Has anyone gotten any sore spots from wearing their AirPod 3rd Generation? I have the same spot in each ear that looks like a cut on the same spot on both sides from the AirPods. It’s really painful to wear the AirPods anymore which sucks because they sounds great. I watched a video to be sure I was wearing them right

It seems like the joint area is sharp, and it microslices my inner ear - I even got a scab from wearing them. It’s awful. I’m not sure what to do about it.
