iPhone 14 burn in?

i bought an iphone 14 4 days ago and i noticed that the home bar, the battery icon are slightly burned in even tho i always keep the brightness at a low level (and use dark mode). Yesterday after spending like 1 hour on youtube i noticed that the video screen is also kind of burned in. After turning off my phone for a while those marks still haven't disappeared. It’s hard to notice it in light backgrounds but easy to see it in dark backgrounds. What should i do to fix this?
