The iPhone 5s will never run iOS 13 or higher, no matter how many times you make a request that's already been answered.

The OP has an iPhone 5s. The end of the line for it is the latest version of iOS 12, which I believe is currently iOS 12.5.7. The OP's iPhone can't run, and will not offer to install, iOS 16.6.
