How can i get my old photos that was on my old iphone x i didn’t found them and i also activated the syncing and didnt get them

Honestly, the easiest way might be to just airdrop the photos to your new phone. If your new phone isn't an iPhone maybe try using google photos, dropbox, or something similar to transfer the photos.
