Unable to allow access to my photos for my Nixplay app.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand you have a third party app that can't be granted access your photos. This can be changed in  Settings > Privacy & Security. If you need, remove the app and reinstall it if you're unable to change privacy settings.

I had a similar problem. It might not be exact though. My problem was that in my iPhone settings, my text size was too large. Once I lowered it, I was able to see more options in the nixplay app.

None of the solutions shared worked for me. I think the app is likely not updated for the latest iPhone version. My workaround was to go to the Nixplay website and log into my account. I created a new playlist there and it showed up in my app. Now I can add photos to it.

So you don't have this in your NixPlay settings, right?

Try removing the app from your iPhone and add it back.

Did not solve the problem for me.

When I follow the directions suggested and go to ‘Settings >Privacy & Security >Photos’, the NixPlay App is not listed as having requested access and I don’t know how to add it. Still can’t add photos.

Did this get resolved? I’m currently experiencing this issue. It’s super frustrating!

I have a 13 and am suddenly unable to upload photos to niixplay. They have been denied access. How do I resolve this.
