I am no longer able to view any pictures or videos sent via MMS, SMS or plain text message. I have iOS 16.3.1 installed on my iPhone 11.
I have tried on wifi and over the carrier network (AT&T). But no resolution.

We see you've posted an issue about not being able to see photo attachments in text messages. The first thing we notice is that your iOS version is out of date. The latest is iOS 16.5.1. You'll want to update to the latest, restart your iPhone, and test the issue again. Often an iOS update will resolve the issue.
