Just updated to ios 17.3.1.
Can not send photos with imessage since (already restarted device and turned off and on imessages). What’s wrong?

Are you using cellular data or Wi-Fi?
Sending and receiving messages without attached photos works?
Just the red exlamation mark “was unable to send message”.
Using wifi, sending and receiving text imessages perfectly (without photos attached).
Sent the same photo with other chat apps without a problem
Can you send a photo to an address from which you did receive a photo?
Did you use the email address or the phone number to send it to this contact?
Does sending photos in iMessage not work in general, or just for this particular contact?
It has been resolved after a couple of restarts, thanx.
Btw, was using phone number and was not working in general, not only with one number
