can airpod max have copyright year of 2023 on the box

I am trying to purchase second hand airpod max and on the box it seems to have (c) 2023 for the copyright year. is this possible. the person even provided a receipt with the serial number that is the same as the one on the box. the purchase date of the receipt and the date i find from the serial number of the box is the same as well. and everything looks tight just this one thing...

could it be just an error form manufacturer or... is this not possible at all
