Unknown charges from Apple

Some how APPLE has hung my old card up with my new debit card and is charging 6.99 each month plus .99 for a Microsoft subscription I DO NOT HAVE. I SHOW NO SUBSCRIPTIONS AT ALL . Not on cloud, not on Apple music , there isn’t even any stored cards on my APPLE ACCOUNT , but my card is being charged over and over. This is the second card I have canceled through my bank. I am without any debit card when this occurs, plus you keeping taking my last dime.

USsng the article Bob links, you must "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.

If Apple’s purchase history shows the purchase, continue with the instructions in that article.

Apple is not here. We are users like you. We do not have access to your account, purchases, or card.

Financial statements of charges from Apple do not specify the product or service, just the seller (Apple). If you know that a charge is for a Microsoft subscription, then Apple would not be involved in that payment. Please see your Microsoft account to uncover what is happening.
