How to delete all completed reminders on an Apple Watch?
I have been having problems with reminders on my Apple Watch (iPhone/iPad/iMac) for a couple of weeks. I’ve been getting as many as five notices on my Apple Watch that a particular reminder has not been completed, even though I have already marked it completed. Per support’s recommendation, I deleted all completed reminders on the i-devices, then they told me to delete all reminders and then add them back on just one device (I picked my phone). I did that, and re-entered my current set of reminders. However, there is over 2000 completed reminders on my Apple Watch. I want to wipe them all out and start fresh with only one device having reminders on it.
The only way I can see to remove completed reminders on my Apple Watch is to delete them one-by-one. I’ve removed over three hundred of them in the last 40 minutes, but thousands still remain. I want to get to a zero reminders completed or not, re-enter them on my phone and start the habit of deleting the completed reminders the next day.
Any one know a better way to delete the completed reminders on my Apple Watch?
(Note: most of my devices are fairly new. The oldest is my iMac which I got in 2021. My watch was purchased in March, this year (replacing an older Apple Watch).
