How much do Apple pay later charges merchants?

I would to know how much Apple pay later will charge retailers per transaction in the US

Apple doesn’t charge merchants for Apple Pay Later, it’s included with Apple Pay. In fact, it may cost them less because they won’t have issues with chargebacks. Chargebacks are handled directly with the bank account the customer used for APL.
Apple Pay is also free for merchants. Banks pickup the charges.
