Apple Pay charges no fees to consumers. Apple Pay does not handle any funds, only encrypted data related to the payment method and account owner. Funds are handled by the issuing bank and Payment Network Operator ( Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.).
Both the bank and PNO may charge additional fees for foreign transactions. Please contact the support team at the bank to learn more about foreign transaction fees.
