iPhone 11 plus price $1200 stuck in sos mode for 3 days . Verizon unable to help . Spent 2 fulls days with Verizon no luck . Taking it to Apple to get looked at . Verizon tried to talk me into buying a new phone, said the antenna inside the phone is bad ? I don’t like the constant having to upgrade to a new phone . What I paid for should last longer than 2 years This iPhone has has never been drop or broken and bought new just 2 years ago with all the bells and whistles on the phone and storage .

Appreciate that extra info, but i do need my phone to preform all of the features i pay 70$ a month for, in addition to the 700$ i paid up front for the phone. Being able to contact emergency services and nothing else is not the agreement i entered into with verizon when i chose my plan, nor apple when i purchased my device. The device is marketed as having data services.
