Family Apple Music subscription not working for everyone in the family group
3 of the 4 family members have no problems getting access to Apple Music. The other one can not. Any ideas on how to fix it?

The support page How to share purchases with your family outlines how to share purchases with family members, which would include an Apple Music Family subscription.
It's possible the process to approve purchase sharing was not completed for the member in question. Check to see if they are able to access other content, or if you can access purchases of theirs. If not, it would be necessary to complete the steps to configure purchase sharing for that user to resolve this matter.
