I have a subscription to Apple Music on my iPhone. My iPad is registered under the same Apple ID as my phone but there is no option in settings to allow me to sync my music to my iPad device. If anyone can help, I’d appreciate it.

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and sign back in. Then go to Settings > Music and enable syncing if it's not automatically syncing.
