Sun damage on iPhone

I went to the pool today and I tried to keep my phone out of the sun as much as possible but it still got very hot. The phone never overheated but now there are little green dots on the black restart screen when I turn it off. Some of the apps are a little distorted almost like they are doubled or something ? Will this go away ?

Cooling down issue on my iPhone 13 I bring my iphone 13 to go swimming just around 2 meter and i make sure it use the additional waterproof case. After 1 hours out from water, suddenly my phone show "iphone need to cool down before it can be use" i try to restart but it not change anything. And the phone isn't hot at all. IPhone 11 fell into Pool My Iphone 11 fell into a pool. I took it out almost immediatly and let it dry in the sun since i dont have rice anywhere near me. My screens brigthness changes from really dark to really light even after setting it to the maximum. What do i do now?

That would be impossible to answer with out actually looking at it.
