Smart HDR iphone 14 pro

Hello

Apple removed the ability to Turn Off Smart HDR on iPhone 14 "Pro" and it has been a total mess

I have tried to use my iPhone 14 pro as my primary camera yet i wish I wouldn`t upgrade and stay with my iPhone 11 pro

I look at Viewfinder and see one Image then after taking a shot it appears totally ruined and over-HDR and sharped (example of screenshot of what I saw and outcome photo from galery)

Even a RAW format is much worse and overprocessed (the whole opposite of "RAW")

The sunset situation is way out of hand and I stoped even trying to get a nice photo

Can you please suggest a solution to that or the only way out of it to get a SLR camera?
