Video quality drop

That’s a real issue that you need to fix.

we love the result from editing the clips on iphone editor it self but the quality drops a lot that we can’t use on social media.

it should be easy to fix for you so why not !

If your edits are reducing the size and resolution of your videos, check to see if you are recording in a higher resolution format like Cinematic mode or ProRes. Editing your videos may be removing these effects.

You can check your Camera settings following this article.

Then try an edit using iMovie instead of Photos.

• What video recording options did you discover at Settings > Camera?

• What type of videos are you recording? (e.g. ProRes, Action, Cinematic, etc.)

• What type of edits are you making?

• Do you use iCloud Photos to sync your photos and videos on your iPhone?
