We’ve tried setting up separate Apple ID for family members after originally sharing one . After 2 complicated attempts no solution. Still sharing texts, etc. What to do?

Tried repeatedly to set up separate Apple ID with family member using Apple tech support via phone.

No resolution. Can I bring my devises in to store and get this resolved? It’s a headache.

if it was me then I would take these steps What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

to set a device which was to get a new appleID and be sure it was started 100% from scratch
