Accidentally unplugged from the wall..😮

i was charging my mac and other stuff was plugged in. Mac was already charged to 100% but i accidentally unplugged the mac from the outlet when i usually unplug it from the mac. I didn’t mean to i was confused, other things were plugged in the outlet and i just started to unplug everything, had to think fast…and..🤷 I heard that damages the battery if you unplug it from the outlet.. ??
