Can I share AirTag location with another user?

No. AirTags cannot be shared, and should not be used to track people.

iOS 17 has not yet bean released, so the option to share AirTags is not yet available to the public. It will be in the near future.

An Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad or iPod location can be shared with all Family Members in the Family Sharing group to aid in tracking the child instead.

There are child trackers that are designed for this purpose.

iOS 17 has new features directly related to this issue (directly from Apple):

Share AirTag or Find My network accessories with up to five other people. Everyone in the group can use Precision Finding and play a sound to pinpoint the location of a shared AirTag when they’re nearby.

iOS 17 will most likely be coming out in September, so just a couple months!
