Related to app usage issues on iPad 4

Hello Sir,

I bought an iPad 4 from a friend of mine. In this case, I can't use any kind of apps on my iPad 4. When downloading an app, it is displaying messages to update or talking about using an old Apple ID. But I don't have an old Apple ID. The software version of my iPad is 10.3.4. In this case, I would be grateful to know what I can do to use different apps on my iPad. I'm very worried about that.
