I get the message "An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #30.4fc31302.1687834766.20c030b6" when I try to access gem.cbc.ca on my MacBook Air. Full disclosure, my cat stood on my keyboard so I think that had something to do with it. I have restarted my computer. No change. I have tried a different browser on my MacBook Air. No change. I can successfully access the streaming website on my iPhone so it appears to be an issue with my Macbook. Any thoughts on how I fix this?
