mail has no content error

If you go to your provider's email site you can see the full message there. Many have had this issue. Please see this:

Have you quit Mail and relaunched?

Have you shut down the Mac and restarted?

Open mail app select Mail>Settings>Privacy disable:

“Protect Mail Activity”

“Hide IP address”

“Block all remote content”
