Whooshing sound from left airbuds

It started happening recently. Its not happen everytime. but while listening music and sometimes when idle (not listening anything). Strange. How to reset airbuds only? maybe that will work?

Which AirPods do you have?

Resetting them would be the first step to troubleshoot the issue:
