Recovering Deleted eMails:
Where to Look:
Check your Deleted and Archived folders.
Export from Another Device:
Boot up another device associated to this account, making sure it does not connect to the internet upon boot (perhaps by powering off your router?). While WiFi is off, try exporting your mail. Then, import them once all is backup and syncing.
No way to recover the email using your phone.
Check with SBC Global support to see if they have a user website that will allow you to see a history of your email activity over the last 30, 60 days, etc.
Unfortunately though, if an item is deleted from the Trash, it is most likely permanently gone.
